Station KFYE, Still owned by Educational Media Foundation, and an Educational Christian station.  Is being purchased by Jerry Clifton and a group called Pro-Active Communications of Fresno.  They are broadcasting a format consisting of music with either a sexual innuendo, or explicit sexual content, complete with heavy breathing. The station is licensed to Kingsburg, CA and broadcasts on 106.3 with 16 Kw H & V about 22 miles south of Fresno, CA.
