[BC] Making engineering pay - Age Discrimination

Age Discrimination???? We don't have too much age discrimination around here at all, as us older
fellows are about the only ones left in the business! The younger guys left their "passion for
broadcasting" at home, and and had the wisdom to take decent paying jobs in other fields where you
can get paid what you are worth, without having to try to explain why you are worth $75 an hour
when they never question paying the guy that fixes the copier in the office $150 /hr.! :-)

problem is that there is no incentive for any younger guys to bother
learning it when there are IT gigs around that are paying 2-3 times more
then what say an AM CE would be making; with far less wake up calls in the
middle of the night.
