[BC] Question About A Daytimer

PDJ2 in St. Maarten had its tx facility and studios destroyed by hurricanes
Marilyn and Luis in late 1996. We previously used a McMartin BA-1K 1 kW tx.
We upgraded to a B.E. AM-5A 5 kW SS tx. Since the station's license
specifies a maximum of 10 kW, no approval or notice was required. The tower
stood (was built in Jan, 1987).

I observed AC line voltage variation from 200 to 215 VAC over an 8 hour
period.
