Hi Scott,

A WinRadio is a receiver that plugs into a PCI slot in your computer.
Then
your computer becomes a quite elaborate user interface, with all kinds
of
cool spectrum analyzer displays, meters, etc. Mine is the G313i:

It's an excellent receiver, as long as you keep the input attenuator
turned
on most of the time. (At least with a big antenna.) You can also get DRM
decoding software for it. I helped WinRadio improve their synchronous
detector algorithm, so they sent me the DRM decoder. It's pretty neat.

WinRadio now has an external version (USB interface).

Dave

David,

I'm going to ask a dumb question, but what is a WinRadio?

Scott
