[BC] WFLI Trip

With our good friend Dave Hultsman, a trip is on to WFLI in beautiful Signal
Mountain, TN today.

They have a fully operational (although not in operation) WE 407A
transmitter.  

A set of pictures and documentation is in order as this is the 407 of
Doherty series (late 1930's) and former transmitter of WTOP Wash, DC.

So the rest of you get to do some drooling today.

Dave and I will be thinking of you guys (gals).

Stan in Memphus who will not be in Memphus but in Chattanooga, but is
usually in Memphus.
