[BC] Modualtion Monitors (do we need them?)

Jerry,
   I have a Fluke, Pocket Scope" to see modulation.  Oh by the way, how
many AM's do you take care of that use the BE AM1A.  That has some kind
of mod meter on it.

I have them sitting around at various stations I take care of, all of
them
out of service. I'd like to fix them up, if I can find the time. To me,
they're a quick check of how much the station in modulating. Better than
lugging a 'scope around with me (and I don't have one of them, anyway).
