[BC] Public File

[KKTY]

Ken's done my last two Alt Inspections... he helped set up my Public Filies,
helped create the file folders and clean out all the old stuff that didn't
need to be in there... was well worth the time to have him in  (was set up
by the Wyoming Assn of B'cstrs), and I really like the system...
straightforward & easy to use.
