You are correct.  When the system is set up properly.  THAT is the key 
here.  I have had some stations (early adopters) that had hiss troubles 
on their frequency.  Most seem to have cleaned up.

Yet some people still think there is hiss on the main channel.  Could be 
the station is still working on the signal
