Based on what I've read here on this Forum, the IBUZ signal completely falls 
apart whenever there's a lightning crash, falling back to analog for a few 
seconds each time. If there's storm activity nearby, that would render it 
completely unlistenable. May as well stick with analog and put up with the crackles. 
That would be better than flipping back & forth between modes every few 
seconds.
