[BC] Advice on Tele Hybrid system?

We're too poor to have an engineer, just a tech-savy manager, so I  
hoped one of the fine engineers on this list might be willing to  
advise me on purchasing our used telephone hybrid interface?

Here are the requirements;

2 incoming phone lines
ability for producer to screen calls off air
instant message / list calls via LAN terminals
Mac OSX interface (if required)
target budget; under $2000 used / ebay
(I know we can't afford new equipment)

Our studio currently uses

ISDN in/out for feeds
3 incoming phone lines
no digital phone system (do we need one?)
8 channel Mackie mixer (ISDN, Callers, XLR inputs)
Audio mixed down to a live mp3 codec stream

We stream Talk and Music DJ shows as well as live music from bands in  
our studio, so echo control is important. Live music programs and  
round table discussions have as many as 5 condenser mics in the same  
room plus the phone and studio monitors (sometimes that many  
headphones are not possible). We can paypal a modest gift for ongoing  
support.
