One of these threads that seems to pop-up in the middle, but I gather the topic is foreign  language broadcasters (e.g. "ethnic) in Europe.

Have heard both the Turkish broadcast as well as two English language services on FM in Berlin--but that was almost ten years ago.
At that time both the BBC and RIAS (Radio in American Sector) still broadcast. Both are probably gone now.

Last European visit was in 2001 to Munich, which seemed to have only German broadcasts, nothing in any other language. Some French TV but that was cable.
