[BC] Legal ID Question

I could write a volume on all the legal problems that ownership had with
all it's stations. It was not the highest point in my career. I left
there two weeks before they got inspected and shut down. Turns out, the FCC
became suspicious after another two licensees filed complaints about the
coverage the station had to the east. The FCC knew I was working towards
fixing the issues there, and when I left they decided that it appeared the
owner needed a kick in the head (which was exactly what the managing
partner needed).
What made the timing so bad was the antenna which was supposed to have been
up there had been ordered months earlier and in pattern test at that time.
That's some of the facts which got very much overlooked in the micro
analysis of the whole thing by surrounding stations and the media trades.
