Yo, Rich. I've been thinking about the issue of fines and the FCC (run 
and hide now if you can) I think we should do what the tort-reform 
advocates are suggesting. Institute a "loser pays" system. If the 
Commission can't make their case in front of an impartial arbitrator, 
then they pay you the $325,000. Those are probably better that the odd 
in 'Vegas.
