 Not necessary. Went through that with the lawyers some years ago.
 Using "WXYZ, CityOfLicense, BigMarketCity" is perfectly legal.
 The interpretation is that the LEGAL ID is simple "WXYZ, CityOfLicense"
 and that whatever follows is NOT part of the ID at all. Just following
 program material.
 If you wanted to put BigMarketCity first, you'd better be licensed there !!

 Jeff may be along shortly, and have access to the historical records, but
 if memory serves.....
 When Family acquired the 910 in Lakeside, they already owned the FM
 with the call KECR, so the call sign issued to the AM was, in fact, KECR-AM.
 THAT legal ID was KECR and KECR-AM, ElCajon, or KECR-AM and KECR, ElCajon.
 The call sign for the FM remained unchanged.
 Since they've since sold the FM, the AM may today be either KECR or KECR-AM.
 I know not.
