[BC] Legal ID Question

I lived there during that time and I don't ever recall KTVU ID'ing 
themselves other than KTVU Oakland..then later KTVU Oakland-San 
Francisco...then KTVU Oakland-San Francisco-San Jose. I don't remember the 
company name insertion but then again I wasn't watching them all the time 
and could have missed it. You have to remember I went thru the 60's there.
