[BC] Legal ID Question

Yeah, but see, that's where some of the stations over the years would get
carried away, and nearly bury the ID in a long sleew of 'other stuff' until
there was so much window dressing you never really heard the ID (remember
the post some omonths back about how stations were burying theID?) Moving it
all over between :50 and the :10, buried in stopsets, etc.

   And that kind of thinking, I think, is what leads to all the confusion
about how the ID should really go... or where...
