[BC] Interesting sites in the Keys

Incidentally the two that are there now are replacements,  They had  one 
break the tether, the ballon, HPA antenna and transmission line and DC &  control 
line all lost.  As I recall TTC made the upconverter amplifier  located within 
the balloon.
