We are looking for a low cost RDS Tuner/Receiver that we can put in studio
or in the transmitter room to monitor the station and what is happening with
our RDS encoding.  Do you have any suggestions?

It doesn't need a ton of features.  FM Reception, AM possibly, RDS, Tape
Outs...
