2/2/90 The IFRB, based on technical information it received from the U.S. 
regarding the Cudjoe Key, Florida station, classifies U.S. broadcasts to 
Cuba as "harmful interference" and requests that the U.S. State Department's 
Bureau of International Communications and Information Policy take prompt 
action to eliminate the broadcasts.  The IFRB informs the U.S. that the 
powerful 3000-meter-high antenna aimed at Cuba is not appropriate 
considering international broadcasting regulations which restrict
