[BC] How to be loud on the dial

This is an absolute scream. The review is from April 1999. It's on par with 
Mackie and some of the best April Fools gags ever written. The PDF's are 
truly award winning techno humor. It's so believable that a LOT of people 
want to buy it thinking it's their savior to a crappy sounding system.

They deserve a Cool Stuff award just for the sheer gonads to make it so 
believable....but obvious to knowledgeable people.
