One good source is the National Religious Broadcasters, NRB.ORG

It will have a list of many AM and FM as well as TV stations that have 
signed-up. Note: It's not an "open-to-anyone" kind of membership. Only stations who 
voluntarily meet the criteria for membership are able to join.
