[BC] Flipped outlets.

I did somewhat the same at our transmitter sites (and our kitchen as well).
Split the outlets so each was on a seperate ckt, same phase, seperate ckts
and running a seperate neutral. Have seen some outlets split and having 240
vac across the two hot legs..
