You can download my AMSTNS and TVFMSTNS programs and FCC data from Larry 
Vehorn's web site  http://home.earthlink.net/~lvehorn/  Larry updates 
the data from CDBS nearly every weekend.

These programs can produce output to mark transmitter locations on 
DeLorme Street Atlas (all versions) and Microsoft mapping programs.

I have a program named TXT2KML on my own web site 
http://users.erols.com/rcarpen/ that converts the TXT version of the 
above output to files that mark transmitter locations on Google Earth.
