[BC] Moving day

Several years ago Alaska Public Broadcasting was reconfiguring the four
uplinks.  We had a bunch of folks from Scientific Atlanta in the state
supervising.  If things went according to plan 288 receivers would get
instruction to go to the code channel, download the new information, then go
to the new frequency.  
The date?  9/11.  We had engineers stranded all over the state.  

We eventually got it done.  Only four receivers failed and it turned out
that they had not been on line at the time.
