[BC] A Pirates double whammy.

On this one, it looks like not only did he get to go to jail under the 
state law, (while it's not specifically mentioned I doubt that the 
investigator failed to charge him with the Felony under Florida law) to 
add insult to injury The FCC seems to want "a piece of the action" as well.
