[BC] Can someone identify an old Collins 5?

20-T was 1940's, the next generation was the 21E/M.  They were somewhat
similar to the 20T in appearance, but not exactly the same.  IIRC the 21E/M
was 3 cabinets,
Driver on the left, power supply in the center and output/mod to the right. 
Was this a DA?  It was common to build the phasing equip in cabinets that
matched the transmitter.
