[BC] Transmitter visits at insecure sites

Not any more.  The site is technically in Griffith.  The police monitor 
that area fairly heavily because of the 5 rail lines which run along the 
site.  A LOT of freight moved along that stretch and they're all really 
keen on anything going on along the rails.
