I don't know what the time would be for local sunset if Daylight Savings 
Time were extended, but when I worked at KATQ-AM in Plentywood, MT and 
KFLN-AM in Baker, MT our sign off before we got Post Sunset Authority 
was 4:00P.M. in Plentywood (Latitude: 48.78 N, Longitude: 104.56 W) and 
4:15P.M. in Baker (Latitude: 46.36 N, Longitude: 104.28 W).
