[BC] LMA's

an awful lot depends on the local half of the LMA.
You'd think it ought to be a win-win scenario nearly anywhere... but not
always.

The employee lucky enough to be in the midst of one on behalf of the "big
company" can find himself always in the middle of things... which is fine IF
either of the companies will show him a little support...

But on an LMA with poor local management, plus a stated need from the
"big company" for their employee to (in my case, quote) "work closely with"
Mr. Xyz.... LMA can take a career in the best industry in the world and
make it simply unliveable... and in some cases downright criminal. Which
company will throw crap at you first when things go sour...?
