KOYT indeed belonged to a short-lived format in Austin, an FM talker 
designated "The Coyote" on 104.3. It was so strangely imaged, 
watercooler talk has it that management set it up to fail.  Within a few 
months, the station was back to its previous urban format that the PD 
was more familiar with.
