[BC] Electrical Code, drift to towers

Milton, if they are AM what is their engineer thinking? Tree roots corrode ground wires; trees themselves absorb RF.

I see a number of AM sites with reasonably sized trees obviously in the ground systems, and yes, where they could take out guy lines. But try to tell that to a cost-conscious owner!

And wait until the environmentalists are out in force to protect those trees!! Bare unscenic roadsides...reduced CO2 absorption...and so on.

How many towers do you know of that have trees near enough to hit the tower
or guy wires if they fell toward them ?
