Milton, if they are AM what is their engineer thinking? Tree roots corrode ground wires; trees themselves absorb RF.
I see a number of AM sites with reasonably sized trees obviously in the ground systems, and yes, where they could take out guy lines. But try to tell that to a cost-conscious owner!
And wait until the environmentalists are out in force to protect those trees!! Bare unscenic roadsides...reduced CO2 absorption...and so on.
