[BC] Hot Tables

I recently had to increase tempo by 3 per cent for an OM by dumping every
cut into Adobe Audition and use the batch file convert with the time-pitch
function. I think SS32 also has a pitch change built in. On a four station
cluster, everything is sped up except the jazz station--it's on a bird.

I remember still pitching music up 3% and lots of reverbe on the mics well
in the late 80's on FM.
There was an argument about 3% pitching on the Oldies AM station when they
were dubing music to the HD system in the 90's...
