Correct   with one addition there was also a Stereo  Yard.

Not very many folks remember the original Yard had six  mixers.

I am not certain that the last eight channel tube type and the solid state  
yard were 36 inches.  I am fairly certain that the original 6 mixer was  
probably a yard long.  We had one of the original 6-mixer  "Yards"   at KSMU when I 
was in school.  I recall it was shorter  than the later models of the "Yard".
