Ah, ha, this is starting to bring back some vague memories. 
If the two were sold with different suffix letters at the same time,
they were manufacturing variants and the Yard would have used the
simplest cheapest one.

These are only guesses, but the one for the Yard probably had one, or
maybe two, less muting/light relay(s) installed, and might have had
a power transformer with lower current ratings. That board was
originally intended for production use, or single studio use in studio.

What does the catalog say for the Dualux. That is the one that would have
had the heaviest PS and the most muting/light relays.
