still think it's unconstitutional

If its true, it looks like Double O has plausible deniability.  Their lawyer
will claim it was their "legal back up"  that was used by that  loose cannon
employee, to get back at their former employee. The employee  was acting on
his/her own, without management knowledge against station policy,  when
everyone was out of dodge blah, blah, blah.....

Hopefully the local DA can come up with some FL law about interference with
emergency operations or interference with public safety.... something ...
ow about a terrorist act that could have cause loss of life....anything to
teach that ass a lesson.

I have been told that virtually the entire Double O staff had bailed out of
town anticipating a hit by Dennis, essentially leaving only one person to
baby-sit four stations--the one who was there when John Law came knocking on
the door.
