[BC] empty sites

I have a house full of furniture at one site, 3 beds, dressers, a stove,
kitchen table, couch, etc.  Or at least it was there until last week.

Another site I purchased included the hull of an 50's pickup,
about 4 feet from the door, UNDER the self support tower.
