 Hmm....
 OK, well....
 Something similar seems to work for the Sat TV folks.
 I just hadn't thought of it.

 Well, it works for the Sat TV because it's subscription, which HD is not,
 and the cost is passed to the consumer in the subscription fees.

 Still, any suggestion at all will need to be built into the rx from the begining
 to have any chance at all.
