[BC] A note to all the list

I am going to take a liberty that perhaps the one it affects might not want
me to do.  However, I think the matter to be of such seriousness that we
need to find all within our power to support and encourage this man and his
wife.

As you know we have a dear friend who pokes his nose into this group from
time to time and that is Mr. Xen Scott.  He is a former ABC Network
video tape man and control room person.  We have been favored by the
tremendous work that he has shared with a number of us as regards the old
FCC records of radio stations, among other things.

In correspondence with him this weekend, I have learned that his wife is
suffering with a very serious illness.  She is undergoing treatments at this
time.

I ask that the praying members of our group send up petitions on their
behalf and that those who know him correspond with him on a private basis to
encourage and support this couple in some serious moments.

Xen is not one to attract attention to himself, but I feel that we show this
family our full support.
