[BC] traffic and music scheduling software

My wife calls me cheap...now I'm proving it.
Does anyone know of any traffic and music scheduling software that I can
download that will interface with an RDS Phantom I system?  This is more of
an experiment than anything else and I don't really want to sink a lot of
money into software that I may not want to use.  Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
