The Rules for harmonic, spurious and blanketing limits are the same as if 
they were all standalone, isolated installations.

In your case all FM harmonics, and all FM spurs >600 kHz from the center 
frequency of each tx must be suppressed to at least -80dBc, as measured in 
a transmission line forward power sample at the output of the tx harmonic 
filter (and any other downstream filters), with all txs on line at licensed 
powers.

Not sure about the AM, maybe that's -60dBc.

Radiated power density/RFR issues need to be evaluated specifically for the 
site and installed hardware.
