Where do you draw the darned line? What do you use to check the ohmmeter? 
What do you use to check the checker, and has the checker of the checker been 
checked? If so, by whom? and was *their* checker checked? It's ridiculous.

So then how DO you get ANY work done?!?! You can't trust the meters, can't 
trust the breakers, can't trust the shorting stick... where's the bloomin' line?
