AAR's technical issues stem far and wide.  They've moved from what I 
understand into their own digs.  There are blips and so forth which 
seem to get better day by day. We use OPLOG and our system seems to 
play just fine with them.  We also have a baby-sitter board op to watch 
things and massage incoming trapped feeds. 

It's their operators which are a sleep at the switch....er the dump 
button.
