[BC] TV tower kills birds

Question:  Since this is a regular issue (not unlike RFR issues) that 
come up with the BANANAs and NIMBYs all the time, has the NAB 
produced any materials, studies, etc., with information to place this 
in proper perspective (such as the number of birds killed by phone poles)?
