[BC] Atlanta's "Shepherd's" Tower

The tower site is usually called "Shepherd's"by locals -- it's the
Richland tower site off Briarcliff Road and Shepherds Lane, by the QT,
near where WGCL-TV used to be located, co-located with the UpSouth
teleport, up the street from WAGA-TV.  (See http://tinyurl.com/7wa9k) 
There are two candelabra towers at the site. The newer one is Richland's
-- I'm not sure about the older tower.

Where is the Shepherd tower area?  I thought WNNX had moved from the
Turner
tower over to the Peachtree Plaza Hotel with WZGC and WUPA-TV.
