Dana, you've hit the nail squarely on the head. It *is* the content. Plain & 
simple.

When I scan my FM dial (which contains about 50 listenable stations) and I 
find more than 20 of them doing "top 40", it's time for something, somewhere, to 
change. It's actually rather easy to scan up and down the dial and keep 
hearing the same song, consecutively, on different stations, many times.
