[BC] XM Radio Interference

I only drive rental cars so my options are limited. I got a modulator on Ebay 
that works on 87.7 and 87.9. I do not think it is legal but it gets the job 
done.  The only place I ever had a problem is northern Manhattan where there are 
pirates on those frequencies.
