I've only worked on one of  these, and it had a 4-400 RF driver.

Which meant that the tube line up was;
 
BC5H,  1- 4-400 Driver, 1 3CX2500 PA ,  2each-3CX2500  modulators  (4 tubes)
 
BC10   1 ea 4-400 Driver, 2-3CX2500 PA's. 2ea 3CX2500  modulators  (5 Tubes)
 
Early Continental  315F 5KW,  2 each 4CX10,000 tubes
         Continental   316F  10kW,  2 each 4CX15000A tubes.
