[BC] long distance service for ISDN

What's the group's experience in long distance carriers for ISDN these days? I have two circuits with SBC, but they refuse to provide LD beyond the Houston LATA.

I need to be able to call another number in the Dallas area, and not be charged an arm and a leg. Any suggestions?
