   A potential BTN project?

Trouble is, static dissipaters DO get hit by lightning
occasionally, I have looked up and watched it.
   It was a "Verta-Ray.
(the same stroke also hit the nearest power pole and a
semitrailer parked between the power pole and the TX
building with our old transmitter on it) In 1988.
Sparks everywhere!
