Who is Jim Cramer and who appointed him guru of all gurus?  What are his
qualifications to make such a statement?  Since when does slow
growth=death?  The 90s are over, slow growth is a fact of life.

I'm not sure I'll put much credence in an anonymous post quoting someone
I've never heard of.
